Thank you for shopping with FISAYO. All orders are packed with care to make sure your hair arrives safely and in good condition.

Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

During busy periods, restocks, launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order was placed.

UK Shipping

We offer standard and express UK delivery options at checkout.

UK Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days
UK Express Delivery: 3–5 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

Europe Shipping

We offer shipping to selected European countries.

Europe Delivery: 3–12 business days

European delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier service and customs processing.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees

For orders outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes or additional charges when it reaches the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

FISAYO is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays are outside of our control. However, if your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, your local delivery office, safe places and household members before contacting us.

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
