Returns
For hygiene and quality reasons, hair products must be returned unused, unopened, unworn and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on hair that has been opened, worn, brushed out, altered, installed, washed, cut, coloured, damaged or removed from its original packaging.
If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be sent back in the same condition they were received. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original delivery fees may not be refundable unless required by law or where the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the matter and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund depending on the situation.
Please do not use, install or alter the item before contacting us, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
